RE:Print technical support information is intended only to supplement — not to replace — technical support available through your in-house IT department and your hardware and software vendors. 

RE:Print, at its sole discretion, provides a limited amount of free technical support to businesses and individuals who are RE:Print clients.  Additional technical support, tutorials and training are all available on a fee-for-service or a contract basis.
